Leslie provokes lots of talks when decides to prepare a promotion stunt for the local Zoo. She chooses two resident penguins and organizes their wedding as a huge PR-event. Later it is revealed both penguins are male. Of course, Leslie didn't know anything about it, but even inadvertently she gave a reason for a serious uproar among the community. In another episode Leslie and her assistant are really surprised when they discover marijuana plants growing in the new community garden. To meet the lawbreaker who planted it they pull a night stakeout. Meanwhile, there are serious changes in Ann’s personal life. She ends up her relationships with Andy.
