Marty starts his own consulting business. From this season Kaan & Associates is an important part of his life. And the first client Kaan & Associates has to deal with comes from China - the grocery store chain. Monica continues to act in the way which makes Clyde feel really sorry for the decision he has made - to work together with her. But when he asks to fire him Monica refuses. Meanwhile at Galweather Jeannie is at the head of her own Pod. Doug assists her in everything, but also recalls the old Pod back in his memory. Jeannie soon will have to deal with a certain difficulties in her career. Later Monica has a conflict at work which ends with her being stabbed with a knife.
