Sexual harassment scandal has influenced the way of working in the Galweather Stearn. The season starts with Marty and the Pod trying to adjust to the aftermath of the scandal. The new CEO of the company introduces herself to the employees. Later she gives Marty a hint that now is a good time for his skills of a fearless closer and they are wanted more than ever. The high responsibility makes every problem bigger. And the first problem arises soon. Marty and his team has to convince Mr. Pincus that they know how to help him with his business. But no one among them is aware of the kind of business Mr. Pincus owns. There was a little communication breakdown, but if Marty acknowledges this he may loose the client very fast.
