The life of an ordinary man differs a lot from the kind of life Jack Bauer is used to. When everybody believes he’s been dead for the past 1,5 year, Jack meanwhile had settled down with his new family. Although considered dead he nonetheless stayed in California under changed name, got an everyday job at the factory and tried to pretend being ordinary American. Only a few among his loyal friends know the truth. These new 24 hours begin for Jack when he gets to know about the assassination attempt on his friends resulted in two being murdered and one critically injured. Jack’s friend, President Palmer is among those being dead. Now it’s becoming very personal for Bauer to deepen into this case. And the case itself involves not just the terrorists-separatists from Russia, but also the new President of the United States.
