Some serious rearrangements will occur in the hospital and among the show cast as well. This year four former interns will take the positions of residents in the hospital and will also meet their own interns for constant controlling. Some new drama is waiting for Meredith, and this time it’s not about love (although her love drama with Derek continues), but more about the family ties. Her half-sister will arrive together with those new interns. And the communication between the two sisters who had never met before will of course be followed by certain tense and confrontation, making Meredith feel guilty occasionally.
