This season will bring some new figures to the foreground, while some familiar characters (Conrad and Heylia, for example) will appear less frequently. These series will provide more time also for some episodic characters from the previous seasons. Nancy changes her place of living and moves to Ren Mar, not far from San Diego, after she had burned down her house. Celia gets in jail after Dean, Doug, and Sanjay point towards her as the main contributor to the drug operation. Eventually she has to spy upon Nancy to win herself a release from the jail. Nancy meanwhile starts her cooperation with Guillermo and carries drugs for him from Tijuana.
