The new Florrick/Agos chapter begins with the huge scandal. One of the firm’s founders, Cary Agos, is arrested. He has to deal with a very serious drug charges when accused of being connected with the heroin trafficking. Alicia has to struggle for the bail money. This happens right at the time when Diane thinks over the decision to leave her firm and the “Florrick/Agos”. She demands to receive the equal rights with Alicia and Cary, and this becomes her main condition of joining the team. Meanwhile partners at her own company get suspicious. Eli discovers that Alicia has a good chances to become a state’s attorney and makes a plot about that.
