The final decision is made and both Alicia, Cary and other employees who are going to follow them in the new firm make preparations for their leaving from Lockhart & Gardner. When it is revealed that if they stay for two weeks more they can receive a huge bonus it is decided to delay the mass leave. Meanwhile some partners at Lockhart & Gardner led by David Lee become more concerned with the associates. They decide to scan the phones in order to find out what they all are trying to hide. Peter Florrick chooses Eli to become his new Chief of staff. While the work at her own new firm is delayed Alicia continues to solve the new complicated cases at Lockhart & Gardner.
