The series "Hell on Wheels" is a legendary story of America of the sixties of the XIX century. Cullen Bohannan is in the center of the narrative previously served as a soldier in the Confederacy. His wife was once raped and murdered by the Union soldiers.
Cullen is going to find the bastards who did it, and take revenge on them. During the search for "Hell on Wheels" series hero gets to the west, in a real cowboys America, the place where are building the first transcontinental railroad, which was an unprecedented feat of engineering at the time. Events of that series unfold in an atmosphere of corruption and greed among the huge number of emancipated blacks and immigrants.
