When McGarrett discovers that his mother and Wo Fat has recently met he wants to understand why and what for. When he visits the detention center where Wo Fat is held the center is suddenly attacked by the gunmen. To save his life Wo Fat offers Steve a deal - he is ready to tell the truth about the meeting with McGarrett’s mother in exchange for the protection. Following the conditions of the deal Wo Fat is saved by McGarrett when the gunmen reach him. McGarrett kills everybody and takes one of them to the Five-0 headquarters which causes even more problems with the NLM gunmen. Eventually Wo Fat reveals the reason why McGarrett’s mother visited him, but Steve is not really satisfied with the answer.
