Peter is in searches of Neal. To gain more results he has to ask Rebecca for help. While they try to find out Neal’s location, it is revealed Neal is kept by Jim Boothe who is one of the former Rebecca associates. Jim threatens to kill Neal pushing him down in the elevator shaft if he refuses to steal one thing from the FBI. That thing is a special diamond which FBI keeps safe Jim Boothe needs that diamond to join the secret and exclusive group of thieves. It’s a kind of an entry ticket for him.
