The sex change operation makes Mrs. Garrison out of the Mr. Garrison. But turning into a woman didn’t actually bring him all the aspects of the woman’s life he expected to gain. When it is revealed he won’t have periods he gets really disappointed, but he gets into even more difficult situation when his boyfriend shows no admiration to his changes. He then has to ask the doctor to return everything as it was before. Garrison’s example pushes Kyle to pay a visit to a surgeon as he comes up with the idea to become black. He needs this for a bigger success in the basketball. In another episode Cartman looks for a better way to exterminate hippies around the town.
