Cartman is told he has an HIV. This happens after he had a surgery on his tonsils. He hopes for the empathy from the society and of course from his best friends. But Kyle thinks Cartman’s situation is funny. He makes jokes out of it which seriously irritate Cartman. Eric feels the strong desire for the revenge. His plan is to pass HIV to Kyle and make him understand how it feels. The next episode will focus on the tragic episode from Britney Spears life. After the failed suicide attempt Britney will have a huge part of her head missing. She was desperate because of the too much attention from the paparazzi. The boys decide to help her after the real truth about her depression is revealed.
