The main chracters romances' ups and downs continue. Bonnie makes no interest to Ross anymore, he understands Rachel is his only love... but not for long. Thanks to 36 pages Rachel wrote him as a love letter they break up again, this time for good. Soon Ross is in love again, girl's name is Emily. To the surprise of the friends he proposes her really quick and wedding preparations begin.
An awkward situation happens when at the seaside a jellyfish stings Monica. Thanks to Joey’s advice Chandler has to pee on Monica.. well not exactly on her, but on the jellyfish sting on her body. Phoebe discovers that the woman she met in the previous season finale is in fact the woman who gave her birth. And Phoebe also gets pregnant trying to help her brother and his new wife as a surrogate mother. Joey and Chandler will share love to the same woman and this will cause some confrontation between them.
