Three young women and three young men in one small and beautiful Manhattan. They all have their own stories: Monica struggled overweight by becoming a chef in a restaurant; Rachel became a “runaway bride” and experiences money problems because she never worried about getting any profession; she also has been a secret love of Ross (Monica’s brother) since school but he never confessed her in those feelings and eventually married a lesbian, who got pregnant with his child just before divorce; Chandler is a smoke addict office worker, he shares apartment with Joey, a beginner actor, and Monica with Rachel are their nex door neighbors. Phoebe is masseuse, but enjoys playing guitar and also writes her own songs, which are a bit odd. Together they all are just friends.
