Terrorist Latif from Pakistan had planned an operation which is investigated by Porter. The code name of his future mastermind is “Project Dawn”. But this investigation turns bad for Porter - he gets becomes the terrorist's prisoner. Later his execution is watched live by his team. The loss for the team is huge. Still other people from his gang take the leading role. Now they all need to think over their moves in advance and make it is possible to beat the terrorists. The team also requires help from one discharged operative who used to be a part of Delta Force but then got in dishonour.
