There is a new secret agency on the scene founded and headed Bartowski and Walker. They now have their own spies who work on them on different cases. But their main secret power is Morgan with Intersect who nevertheless is not able to handle this new power and. When his bosses send him on the very first mission he fails too fast. After this failure he is not allowed to continue his work at the agency until he finishes the study and learns to use Intersect the way it should be used. This situation really disturbs him. Charles tries to help Grimes but it all ends with the scandal which interrupts their friendship. Meanwhile there is a competitor to Carmichael Industries and they make a great job offer to Morgan.
