It’s been four months since the events in the end of the first Wilfred series. Ryan suddenly finds himself in a mental hospital where he’s trying to overcome his mental problems with the doctor’s help. Wilfred comes to visit him and is reveals himself to be confined to a wheelchair (well at least he tells so first). After a few talks with Wilfred Ryan’s doctor becomes more worried and increases the amount of medicines. Later it is revealed that Ryan’s dad has already provided the doctor with the permission to use electroshock therapy on his son. Wilfred saves Ryan from electroshock in the last moment.. and Ryan wakes up! He is in a meeting room together with his new colleagues!
