Mad Men season 1

Donald Draper is thoughtful, a bit depressive but very creative man. Everyday except weekends he wears suit and tie and spends many hours on Madison Avenue, where his job is. He is a valuable employee, an ad executive, and enjoys the kind of job he is doing in one of the most prestigious agencies in New York. It’s 1960s and it’s USA, men occupy important positions in companies while their wifes stay at home preferring cooking and bringing up children. So as Don’s wife Betty - she is a housewife and raises Don’s two children. Sterling Cooper, the agency Draper works for, is rather successful, but the advertising industry developes and changes rapidly along with the whole world, competition increases. Don Draper is exactly that kind of person who can help company stay afloat, he always knows what to do, but it turns out there is some dark story in his past and no one knows about it yet.
