Marcus Chaplin, the USS Colorado Commanding Officer, receives a sudden order through a secret communication channel created to be used during the Cold War times. Following the order the nuclear submarine has to send it's ballistic missiles at Pakistan. When Captain Chaplin questions the authenticity of this order and eventually refuses to obey it the Colorado is fired upon by another submarine and gets damaged. To save the lives of his crew members captain brings the nuclear submarine to the shores of a tiny island in the Indian Ocean. Soon St. Marina island is claimed by Chaplin to be the independent and untouchable territory. To prove his intentions are serious the Captain threatens to launch a nuclear missile at the USA.
