Berk is in danger - Outcast Tribe is planning a serious operation and want to attack Berk with all it’s people and dragons. To prepare for the offensive and to be ready to repel the attack Stoick introduces some restrictions on the dragon flights. While Dragon Academy experiences a tough times because of these restrictions, Hiccup comes up with an idea to form a special Dragon Flight Club together with his teen friends. In this club he wants to prepare for the future serious fights with the Outcast Tribe and it’s dangerous dragons. Of course, the main idea is to keep Club’s activity in secret - the chances that Stoick might approve it’s existence are too small.
