When you are only fifteen and you aren’t the most popular girl at school more than anything in this world you might want everybody’s attention. You might want it even more when there is one attractive boy you regularly meet in school coridors who never notices you the way you want it. Jenna Hamilton is exactly that kind of typical smart and diligent american girl, but last summer she lost her virginity with Matty, very popular boy from her school. Now he doesn’t want their relations to go public. Despite the young age Jenna already dreams about adult life and more often - about Matty. Nothing changes until she accidentally falls in bathroom and hurts herself. After that accident she had to show herself at school in plasters and bandages. But it’s not just those plasters that caused the mass attention to her. Everybody talks she had a suicide attempt and Jenna has all the attention now. But her teenage problems didn’t go away. And a reputation of a girl with suicidal tendencies is not really helpful.
