When a certain time in Mayfield Hospital passes by, House finally gets clean enough from the vicodin to get rid of the hallucinations he had. Feeling better he hopes to leave the rehab place as soon as possible, but faces the objections of his doctor, who insists House should stay longer. Of course, if he wants his medical practice license back. The doctor is sure vicodin was only the top of the iceberg and House has bigger troubles to worry about. Having no other options House accepts Nolan’s offer. But doesn't stop the attempts to escape this place he hates so much.
