Castle and Beckett are back in unexpected roles – he cannot make investigations with his wife, so he has a new partner; and Beckett becomes the chief of the police station, where she and her husband have been working many years. Relationships between the spouses change considerably because of Kate’s promotion as now she has to learn too many things: to get used to a new position, domineer over her people and love Castle. New characters will only contribute to their conflicts and misunderstanding. Can the heroes overcome all the professional troubles and private problems or will it be better to split from each other?
