Holder now works with another person and is doing pretty well. Everything looks rather promising and he is about to be promoted. Linden meanwhile lives her life happily while doing her ordinary job at the Transit Authority. It’s been more than a year since Larsen’s case was finished. But the case of one runaway girl, which first looked rather average, eventually involves the dead girl’s body and has too many similarities with one old case Sarah had been investigating before. When Holder understands it Sarah is informed and has to return to her previous detective duties. While the investigation takes place even more people disappear.
