Leonard's love with Penny continues in it’s usual manner, with some small fights occasionally and quick reconciliation. Howard is in a despair - he’s is in space with zero gravity which doesn’t really makes him feel comfortable and happy. Also even being in space he has to tear apart between his wife and restless mother while they both are so far away. The homecoming eventually brings even more disappointment - no sex with his wife after the months of separation, no great “Welcome home, Howard!” or suprise party organized by his friends, his mother disappoints and even shocks him and Raj shares same apartment with his new best friend - Stuart. Meanwhile, Sheldon continues his unusual relationships with Amy, respecting all the strict rules of their mutual agreement. This agreement even includes the point about the compulsory and systematic dates.
