Reese has to get through the consequences of the disappearance of his friend who also was his boss. It took him just a while to define that Harold had definitely prepared a backup plan in case the emergency happens. By this plan, John sees three different words which look like they just can’t be related, but the former agent solves this first part of the puzzle - those words are somehow connected with the books from the library which belongs to his bizarre boss. Now he has to discover the whole hidden information to restore the full access to the Machine. But the next stage of this quest instead of pointing to Finch brings John to one accountant who has some serious financial crime behind him.
