The dangerous and dramatic adventures of the special team of the undercover agents continue. The fifth season ended with the two of them, G. Callen and Sam Hanna, left trapped on a submarine which belongs to a group of Colombian terrorists. These criminals has a certain plan on how to use their armed submarine - they want to hit an aircraft carrier in California. The OSP team has to determine the location of the boat with Callen and Hanna onboard to save them and to prevent the planned terrorist attack on a carrier. The searches take a while. Henrietta meanwhile changes her plans even though it is against the orders she had received and cancels the Washington trip.
