Brian and his girlfriend want to live separately. They decide to rent an apartment to move in there together. But Brian is in tough financial situation. The lack of money becomes the reason for him to make an agreement with Stewie - he moves to them and takes all the financial responsibilities instead.
Lois and Peter go on a voyage - they buy a cruise trip. This makes Stewie really upset and pushes him to plan the tortures for his mother. When Brian teases him about such thoughts and says they will stay only thoughts as usual, Stewie feels enough anger to bring all his dreams into reality.
