Jane takes a romantic trip with Owen. But while they are in Italy the vacation is interrupted by sudden news brought by Teri - Jane has to go back to USA and take on a murder case connected with Jane’s law school classmate whose name is Emily. Soon this case has an unexpected twist because of Emily’s husband. Some financial details are revealed to Kim while Parker is absent and these details are not good at all. Grayson finally admits to himself he has romantic feelings to Jane, but decided to check Stacy’s words first. Eventually he comes to Stacy with the questions which really bother him. And Stacy has to find her way how to move on from the relationships with Fred.
