Jesse killed Gale to protect Walter and himself. After that Gus had no choice but to provide job for two old partners in his lab. But Walter keeps in mind that this favor of his boss is temporal. He feels that his life is hanging by a thread so he decides to protect himself if necessary and buys the gun. Soon Gus makes a decision to separate Walter and Jesse. After that Pinkman becomes closer to Mike, he is supposed to follow him everywhere including all meetings.
Skyler buys car wash and it’s the same car wash her husband used to work in.This business turn to be rather good cover for their not really “clean” money from drug business. Things are going well so Skyler and Walter finally have a chance to communicate and talk the way they used to before this all started.
